16 MILES

Winter has arrived! Today we ran 16-miles along the Jordan River Parkway Trail. It was a difficult run in the snow. At the end of our run there was a buildup of 6-inches on the ground! Our Team-In-Training group was not the only ones on the trail this morning; the trail was also in use by other crazy runners, what appeared to be a Boy Scout Troop, and a cross-country skier.

On our way to do some running!

A quick photo of some ducks that were near one of our hydration stations.

I had ice crystals on my eyelashes!

Ken, The Snowman. By the time I took this photo, most of the snow he had on top of his head had already melted away.

Me and fellow teammate, Lynor, after the run.
