Aid Station for the SLC Marathon

We once again volunteered to help out at TNT Aid Station for the Salt Lake City Marathon. This year the TNT Aid Station was the last one on the race route for both the half and full marathon [drink-up people, that last little bit is a killer!]. Ken was a Gatorade mixer and I was a Gatorade cup filler. The winner, Joseph Mutinda of Santa Fe, NM, flew past our station with his police and pace-car entourage; he finished with a time of 2:16:39 (amazing).

Just a side note: Fellow co-worker, Matt, and I will be running the 2009 St. George Marathon in October! We entered the lottery and were selected to run.

Here are a few pictures of the TNT Aid Station.
