I'll sleep when I'm dead...

Ken said he had surprises in store for our 7th Anniversary and boy, oh boy, was he secretive! After our 10-mile run near City Creek Canyon with co-worker, Matt, we headed home and cleaned up. Ken told me that I would need some fancy clothes, comfy clothes, and some toiletries ("Pack like you're going to Wendover", he said). We jumped in the Mini and were off!...

Devious Ken driving me to... somewhere...
We headed South F-O-R-E-V-E-R.

Sunset while driving.

Our final destination was Las Vegas, where we were married in the Little White Wedding Chapel.
Still unaware of where we were staying, we finally arrived at the Bellagio.

Our room! Ooo La La!

Another pic of the room.

Bellagio - lobby.

Bellagio - Chinese New Year decorations...

Bellagio - chocolate store.
The chocolate fountains were crazy! (see below)...

Ken had reservations setup for us to eat at Sensi - "Where every sense is inspired to indulge...".

The meal was amazing; we had a taste of their Fragrant Duck Egg Rolls, Miso-glazed Sea Bass, and American Kobe Beef Tenderloin. At the end, our waiters wished us a Happy Anniversary with a complimentary desert - everything was so tasty!

Views from our room.

After dinner, Ken had another surprise up his sleeve, we had tickets for the Cirque du Soleil production, "O". The performance was spectacular from our center, 8th row seats!

Ken and I love In-N-Out Burger! We had their burgers for breakfast and lunch before heading out of town (mouth watering thinking of it).

Next are some pictures from the strip.

In the background is the Stratosphere - this is where we stayed 7-years ago on our honeymoon.

On our way home, we picked up our first Arizona geocache - GCPEV2 - Bridge the Gap.

Thanks Boo for a special Anniversary,
Love,
Shorty.
